I think react created the new paradigm here. Hooks are a react concept, reactive programming is a standardized paradigm. For a long time I’ve thought react function components should’ve been designed differently, this was my journey to validate those thoughts. I rarely speak opinions without writing code to verify them. Please don’t use elementos, it was a mental exercise and I don’t even use it, I use mobx instead or just react state/context. But it’s still interesting to dissect state management solutions and writing your own gives you a deep understanding of the concepts.
